Is my enquiry confidential?

Initial enquiries are treated discreetly and used only to assess identity, conflict, legitimate purpose and scope. Sensitive material is transferred through secure arrangements after acceptance.

Can you investigate anyone?

No. Every instruction requires a legitimate purpose and lawful, proportionate methods. Matters involving intimidation, coercion, unlawful access or unacceptable risk are declined.

How quickly can work begin?

Timing depends on identity and conflict checks, legal assessment, urgency, geography, specialist availability and the agreed written scope.

How much does an investigation cost?

Cost depends on method, duration, travel, personnel, databases, evidence handling and reporting. A written scope explains assumptions and fees before work begins.

Will the evidence be admissible in court?

We document source, chronology and handling to support professional review, but admissibility is determined by the court. Clients should obtain advice from their legal representative.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Sceáwian provides factual investigation and intelligence services. Legal strategy, rights and court procedure should be addressed by a qualified legal practitioner.

Can you access phones, messages or bank accounts?

Not without lawful authority. We do not hack, intercept communications, obtain protected records or bypass account security.

What should I provide initially?

Only a high-level outline, your contact details, the general purpose and urgency. Do not submit sensitive evidence or detailed allegations through the public form.

Can you guarantee a result?

No. Records may be unavailable, a lead may concern another person and an observation period may show no relevant activity. The scope should explain realistic collection limits and how inconclusive findings will be reported. No enquiry guarantees court admissibility or a particular decision.

Can a located person choose not to reconnect?

Yes. Location and contact requests are assessed for privacy, safety and lawful purpose. Finding a person does not automatically entitle the client to their address or private information. The circumstances may require consent-based contact or withholding details.
