Agree coverage, image overlap, reference locations and repeat-flight positions. Record flight dates, conditions, equipment and gaps. Keep original media separate from processed maps or models.
Provide coordinates or a site plan, access contacts, hazards, the factual question and any deadline before cleanup or repair. Commercial drone requirements depend on the operation; ask for the relevant registration, pilot or operator credentials and approvals. Weather, airspace and safety restrictions can affect timing.
