Workplace and Misconduct

Independent workplace enquiries, procedurally fair and defensibly recorded.

For matters where the process must be as sound as the finding. Sceáwian conducts independent workplace investigations under a documented, procedurally fair methodology.

Overview

How the practice engages

Complaints of misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination or code-of-conduct breach require an investigator who is independent, trained and unimpeachable. We are engaged directly by boards, general counsel, HR leadership and external legal advisors to conduct workplace enquiries that will withstand internal review, external appeal and, where necessary, tribunal scrutiny.
